At Momox fashion, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a stress-free shopping experience. If an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can easily send it back to us for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into your customer account, select the order you wish to return, and click the 'Return Item' button to start the process.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all Momox fashion tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping partner location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
